Zonestar P802QR2 60mm Fan Duct About the only thing I haven't had problems with the Zonestar P802QR2 is layer cooling, suggesting this duct may be a bit overkill. The idea was born from a comment by the9rtyt about using two fans for cooling. Given my existing setup of two additional fans overloading the Zonestar's cheap PSU, I thought using one larger fan to spread the required cooling airflow might be an alternative solution. To that end, I designed a duct housing a 60mm fan to broaden the origin of flow around the extruder assembly cradle. Print Settings: This duct doesn't need to be extremely strong but being close to hotends may require ABS or PETG for printing with. I printed it at 0.2 resolution, two perimeters, and twenty percent infill. It will probably print without support, but I used custom supports under the mounting bosses for a cleaner appearance. I must stress this is definitely work in progress. I've successfully printed the duct but haven't tested it yet. You may need to adjust the fan mounting holes depending on your preferred fixing method.
