I'm creating a printable version of the original Zonestar Extruder to make it significantly lighter. The original steel extruder is extremely heavy, which affects ghosting and X-axis movement. I printed it using B-PET (recycled bottle PET) and also in ABS (the initial version). Additionally, I replaced the steel linear bearings with others printed in POM, and the bearing support printed in PLA from Thingiverse items 1697349 and 2202854.
