ZoneStar and other I3 like Prusa carriages (Z/X) 45 and 44mm lead distance
thingiverse
Hey Guys, This is My first share thing. It is a 4 kind of Z Axis 2 with 45mm from each X Linear Guide and other with 44mm. For each of then I made one to use with 2 LM8UU (24mm) Linear Bushing and other to use with 1 LML8UU (45mm) Linear Bushing. The idle part have a tensioner to tensionate easily the X belt. The only problem is that to print this tensioner, you will preferably use a 0,2mm nozzle, because it has a 0,3 mm wall. alternatively You could print it with 0,4mm nozzle, but with the setting "print thin wall" trigged, but the result is not so good. Edit: using the Cura 5 with its great Arachne engine, this piece prints very well with 0.4 nozzle. I design it to use with M3x3mm insert nut like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001173606665.html to fix the T8 screw nozzle and the tensioner. Any doubt, feel free to ask a question.
