Zomei winder/gear/pin to raise it up

Ive been staring at my Zomei Q11 tripod for almost a year and currently am recovering from a car accident so have lots of time just sitting. So i decided to tackle this project. And it turned out near perfect on my first try. I had to adjust the pin hole by .25MM so this is V2 but barley! It fit perfectly for V1 but i had to sand a little bit of martial off so the handle would fit! Hopefully this will help someone else too! Pro tip. Print it standing upright with wides part facing down. Otherwise supports will make it look messy on one side though will still work. Can see what I mean in second picture. Printed one in each orientation as on its side would be stronger. If you do print on it’s side you’ll need sandpaper and possible a file to tidy it up a bit. As the one I printed standing upright worked fine I didn’t bother to finish it. using the newest version of Prusa slicer use the smart fill feature to add supports as needed as seen in the pictures. the STL is for PLA print on a Prusa Mini but will work on a Prusa Mk3s as well since the bed is larger though I would re-slice personally Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 15 Filament: PolyMaker PETG Black Notes: A former Autocad Engineer from about 16 years ago and am just getting back into it since getting my first 3D printer late December 2020. Fusion 360 is a bit of a learning curve with some different commands but catching on quickly!
