They can be used for any board game or tabletop game that incorporates zombies, adding a new level of realism to the gameplay experience. I'm planning to use them in the exciting game District-Z (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/148581/district-z) to represent the number of walking dead at each location on the map, making it easier for players to track and strategize their moves.
