Zombie Pin Cushion

Zombie Pin Cushion

thingiverse

Why limit zombies to being mere pincushions when they can be productive members of society? Their heads, after all, make excellent pin cushions. Recently, I sketched a unique design at work and thought it would be fun to bring it to life...or undeath, rather. This creation is perfect for someone who enjoys both fashion magazines and the Necronomicon! As for updates, I've corrected the SketchUp model and fixed errors in the STL file - everything should be good to go now. To create this unique pin cushion, print both the Pin Cushion Base and the Brain Cutting pattern. Use 2 shells and 15% infill, along with exterior support for overhang. Paint the base in a zombified fashion or choose a nice necrosed color. Cut four pieces of pink fabric using the Brain Cutting Pattern as a guide, marking both the outside and inside. Cut the outer lines, then sew along the inner ones to create the brain. Stuff it, color it in a zombie style, and glue it into the Pin Cushion Base with hot glue. Add a felt tongue and a few pins for the finishing touch. For more detailed instructions, visit my instructable on this project: http://www.instructables.com/id/The-Zombie-Pin-Cushion/
