To produce a Headcrab Zombie, use the identical files for its upper torso, which requires support material and should be printed upside down. Attach the arms and legs from this Thingiverse link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:170076. Assemble by gluing the lungs and organs into the chest wound and attaching the upper torso to the lower one. Secure with glue if needed.
