I redid Gumyr's Card Tray to use plastic pegs. The mating of the two halves are helps with circle tabs. I have included a test Peg and Hole to help getting your tolerances correct. Gumyr is correct that you should use Cura's horizontal expansion and hole expansion to tune your printer.
