This component serves a critical function within a Zojirushi rice cooker by gathering condensed water from the steam released by the device. It comes equipped with the capability to be removed, allowing users flexibility and convenience. Unfortunately, mine had malfunctioned so I saw fit to recreate it. Relish this achievement! Instructions Dimensions are provided in millimeters. A precise measurement, this model represents actual size as created by my print job. My device of choice was a PLA plastic feed into an Ultimaker original utilizing the latest iteration of Cura software – version 15 to be exact. The result was a seamless integration into the cooker with minimal margin for improvement. The original design boasts some flair in terms of draft, however due to the nature of 3D printing this detail seemed unnecessary thus ignored. Given its intended application proper function remains unimpeded by said lack of precision.
