Zoids poly caps

I've produced two sizes of poly caps for the Tomy vintage and 2019 line of model kits: 6.5mm and 8.5mm. You can easily scale these up or down to fit larger or smaller pegs by adjusting the x or y axis, with no issues anticipated when it comes to Kotobukiya models. My designs are based on real-world experience - I've built kits in the past or have them in hand for repair and sale. The files are in the public domain, so you're free to remix them into a garage kit, commission a print, or restore broken kits for hobby or profit. However, selling copies of the files alone is not considered good form and goes against the spirit of sharing these parts. I created the files using Fusion 360, taking precise measurements from old poly caps and mounting pegs I have on hand. While I didn't scan any proprietary designs, my eye-based input may result in some variation from the original parts. When it comes to printing: SLA/DLP: While I haven't tested these yet, I envision using flexible resin in a color that matches my model's scheme. The poly cap should slide on easily with enough tension to hold parts together. If you're using a rigid material, I recommend scaling up by 0.5mm for a looser fit and applying PVA glue for easy removal. FMD: You can print these with either rigid or flexible materials - just keep in mind the same advice applies.
