ZOHD DART XL motor mount

This easy-to-print replacement motor mount is designed specifically for the ZOHD DART XL. The original mount only provides support from the bottom half, and some of the glue used can be subpar, causing it to come loose or flex easily, just like mine did. This new design offers a more solid construction with a short stabilizing tube that prevents excessive flexing. To assemble this mount, apply glue to the rear, making sure it is flush with the foam. Then, run some additional glue down where the tube fits into the foam channel for extra support. I print at 40% infill for an extremely tough and stable mount, but anything above 25% should be sufficient. A Google Sketchup file is included if you want to make any modifications to this design.
