I smashed mine during a flight and needed to print a replacement quickly, so I uploaded it for others to save them some time. This model is designed to fit snugly into the foam, but you should still use glue for extra security. There are two versions: one with screw mounting holes and another without. I'm using this in conjunction with @nmaggioni's motor mount. Check out my design on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3660170. I printed it with a 45-degree rotation on the printing bed to minimize stringing in the vent holes, and it turned out perfect without any support or raft necessary.
