ZOHD Dart XL Elevons (Aileron, Elevator)

After my quad was taken down by a pilot, I needed new elevons. I didn't want to pay $50 for spare wing parts. I designed and created these elevons with the same shape as the originals, but they are made to be fitted slightly differently. They attach to the wing using the 'Z Hinge' method, which is used on Ritewing builds. You can find out how to do this on YouTube. For test fitment, I printed one with 10% infill and it was a good shape, but incredibly weak. Trying 100% infill made it too heavy, but very strong. I found that 60% infill was the perfect balance. To correct the CG due to the extra tail weight, I had to move the lipo forward just a small amount. The plane flies perfectly and dead straight with these new elevons on.
