Zohd Dart 250G 16mm motor offset bracket

This is a motor mount offset bracket for the Zohd Dart 250G which allows you to install a split camera and a 3S Lion battery in the fuselage while still having room to move the battery forward and aft in order to get the correct CG. The 250G was designed around a 250g weight limit, but using a 3S battery pushes the AUW to around 320g-350g and what you will quickly find is that there's no room to properly mount the electronics in a way that allow you to dial in the CG. Model was created in Fusion 360. This was printed on an Elegoo Mars resin printer using a 1:3 mix of siraya tech blu, and elegoo abs like resin, washed in an IPA bath, then cured in a UV curing chamber. The bracket uses an 8.5x8.5 m2 mounting pattern, so you'll want to have at least 5 m2x6 hex screws available. The model comes in 2 parts, a mounting plate for the motor, then a mounting offset riser for the plane motor mount. The mounting plate is keyed to the riser so it won't rotate under load. The mounting plate attaches to the riser using the keyed connector and then a single m2x6 screw. You will want to pre-thread the hole before final assemble to maintain the integrity of the threads. The riser block should run flush to the heads of the bolts so the riser and mounting plate are one physical piece (otherwise you can get flexing in the air which would change the thrust angle and likely result in terrible flight characteristics). This whole setup is meant to be removable, but don't let that stop you from glueing up the whole thing in order to increase the strength.
