ZOHD Alpha Strike Runcam Thumb Nose

This is for a ZOHD Alphastrike. I wanted a HD cam on this plane, but I didn't want to ruin the aerodynamics. It drives me nuts when people take a nice looking airframe and mount a camera to the top like an airbrake. Anyways, after quite a few revisions this fits perfectly. Print the nose camera side up with supports touching build plate. Print in a material of your choosing. Be sure you print the part called "stick" in 100% infill, which bolts to the inside of the plane to hold it in. I did the prototypes in PLA but I have a TPU on the printer now. I printed the main nose piece at 5% infill. ABS would also be good. When gluing the "stick" into the nose, I bolted the stick to the plane then slid the nose on to test fit, then put a little CA on to the stick and reassembled. It is a tight fit, you might want to slide it in and out of the hole a couple of times to make sure that it can be assembled easily.
