My Chair is a Haworth Zody office chair. I wish I had done this years ago. I created custom clamps for the Lorell Hi-Back Chair Headrest (https://amzn.to/2PeHNMD) . Need to drill 1/4 holes for a tight fit. Used 1/4 bolts. Printed in PLA with 20% infill
