It is surrounded by an outer ring containing all twelve signs, which can be freely rotated. It serves as a zodiac calendar. Well, originally, I had planned twelve gears to connect the base and the zodiac ring. However, I then realized that with this construction, the ring was difficult to rotate once it was mounted on the wall. I had to come up with an alternative, thinking about what purpose the teeth of the Zodiac ring could serve. I remembered my childhood when we attached cardboard strips to the spokes of our bikes to create a clattering noise while riding. And that's how the sound ring, along with the sound tongue, was born. The sound when turning the ring is unmistakable. LOL.Ready to unleash the powers of the universe? Printing informationAll stl files are correctly aligned.In total, there are 44 parts to print. Some parts need to be printed multiple times. The respective quantity is noted on the files page for each individual file.The following settings apply to all parts:Layer height: 0.20mmPerimeter: 2Infill: 10%Support: noneIf you like two-colored base arm locks (see photos), then change the color at layer #10 (2.00mm). Assembly InstructionsAfter you have printed all 44 parts, assemble them following these steps. You will need some super glue and, finally, a short universal screw (approximately 18mm in length) with a nominal diameter of about 4mm. Step 1Glue the twelve arms into the base. Step 2Glue the four parts of the zodiac ring together. The individual parts are numbered on the backside clockwise.Step 3Glue the twelve smaller zodiac signs onto the Zodiac ring in chronological order. The time period embossed into each zodiac sign should face outward.Step 4Place the zodiac ring centered on the arms of the base. Insert the twelve knobs into the ends of the arms to perfectly center the zodiac ring.Now, glue each knob one by one into the end of an arm, ensuring the zodiac ring remains centered.Step 5Now, before the final steps, attach Zodiac Spin to the wall.Step 6Slide the sound tongue fully into any recess in the sound ring. Gluing is not required.Step 7Place the sound ring onto the base, with the sound tongue between the teeth of the zodiac ring.
