Zodiac Phaetus BMO Dragonfly Hotend Extruder Parts for Prusa MK3S+

<p>These files will help when converting from the standard E3D Hotend to the Zodiac Phaetus BMO Dragonfly hot end on a Prusa MK3S+. &nbsp;<strong>Note this is not for a regular Phaetus BMO Dragonfly due to the addition of an anti-rotation feature near the top (flats) on the Zodiac version. &nbsp;The standard Phaetus doesn't have this and won’t fit.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><i><strong>These are not my designs.</strong></i> They were created by <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/FW3Dde">FW3Dde</a>, and the original files are located at the link below:</p><p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4931851">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4931851</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I printed all of the attached extruder parts in Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber (using a Zodiac3D hardened nozzle) but you should <strong>first print a replacement fan shroud</strong> before any other parts since it is the closest to the hotted and can be the first part to fail/melt when printing with the PC Blend at 285C. &nbsp;Replace the fan shroud, and then print the balance of the parts. &nbsp;</p><p>While I absolutely love Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber and it's print quality/performance has been outstanding, the extrusion multiplier settings are very important as the material is not forgiving when overextruded (material has very little flex/give). &nbsp;If parts are over extruded, holes and spaces for the captured nuts will be too small and parts will not fit correctly. &nbsp;Take your time to dial in your settings by printing test samples. &nbsp;</p><p>Recommended Settings:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>0.4 mm nozzle</li><li>0.2 layer height</li><li>30% infill (grid)</li><li>No supports</li><li>No raft or brim</li></ul><p>Filament Specific Settings:</p><ul><li>285C Nozzle Temp</li><li>110C Bed Temp, First Layer</li><li>115C Bed Temp, Other Layers</li><li>.90-.93 Extrusion Multiplier</li></ul>
