ZMR250 XT60 Mount

ZMR250 XT60 Mount

thingiverse

A bracket that slips right onto the standoffs on a ZMR250 frame, covering the XT60 connector entirely. Some additional adhesion and surface refinement may be necessary to ensure a seamless fit. A passageway is left open for cables to run through, as this design does not occupy the entire height of the original standoffs. I've uploaded four different versions: ZMR250_XT60_mount: The original file. XT60_mount_short: This version is designed with compactness in mind, covering only a portion of the XT60 connector. XT60_mount_half: A refined take on the original design, optimized to reduce material usage and overall weight. XT60_mount_long: This extended version matches the height of the standoffs found on a standard ZMR250 frame. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: K8200 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20-100 Notes: To avoid printing difficulties with the overhang for cables, consider flipping this design over before initiating the print process.
