ZMR250 top mounted battery holder
thingiverse
Battery holder for batteries up to 2200mAH keeps the battery from moving during flight or crash by holding it firmly in place. Made from TPU, this holder provides extra padding around the battery and makes inserting and removing it easier. The middle arms are designed not to connect at the top, allowing them to be spread apart for use with smaller batteries, and holes enable securing them with a zip tie or twist tie if desired. Printing in ABS may also be an option, but loading batteries would then need to occur through the back loop, requiring removal of any video antenna mounted there. Ninja flex could also be used, though this hasn't been tested yet. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: Using TPU with less infill makes the material softer and more cushioned, providing bigger air pockets in the wall for extra padding. With ABS, higher infill is likely needed to make it stronger.
