ZMR250 quarter panels
thingiverse
The flight controller's open space around it was the main requirement when designing these side panels for my ZMR250 drone, and I managed to include easy access to USB ports along with clear visibility of the LEDs in that area. The design I came up with uses aluminum spacers that fit right underneath these panels. Each of these quarter panel pieces is labeled as "side_bar1" and can be easily attached or removed from any spot where needed on my ZMR250. Additionally, there's a custom version of the standard left-hand front mount created especially for an FPV camera (see: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:733641) which could also function well in right front position if turned upside down. The option is there so one panel works just as well whether placed on front left or right. Lastly, I made the choice to add an extra feature of a fully extended side panel that has versatile design enabling it use with either side. Update: For this current build, it had me look into including the addition of sidecar space for an attached transmitter TS5823.
