ZMR250 Prop guard Shroud
thingiverse
--Update: This modification made the prop guard even lighter, a major improvement over the original. The walls are now thinner and slightly shorter than before. The design was based on my ZMR250 quadcopter, with some key changes to suit its unique needs. I drew inspiration from the Axiom 250 quadcopter's prop guard, which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1653660 I printed this prop guard in PLA with a 15% infill rate, but I highly recommend using ABS for added strength. The design is optimized for smooth printing without the need for supports. You can use either 1.75mm or 0.4mm extrusion settings with great results. Printer Settings: * Printer: Zonestar p802 * Rafts: No rafts required * Supports: No supports needed * Infill: 15% infill rate, ABS recommended for added strength
