zmr250 mount
thingiverse
I was in urgent need of a foolproof way to secure my quads to the exterior of my transmitter case. I created a miniature bracket that allowed me to utilize standard elastic hair ties to keep everything in place. Two zmr250 quads can be accommodated on the outside of a standard-sized aluminum casing. On my own personal bag, I reinforced the holders using a durable hot glue, which can be effortlessly removed with alcohol if needed. This feature allows for a complete removal without any remnants if I ever decide to change the type of quad or repurpose the case for something else in the future. The bracket is designed to accommodate allen m3 screw heads under each quad while keeping them off the surface area below. However, it's essential to note that any protruding element larger than 3 mm from the bottom of your quad will require a spacer underneath the mount. Alternatively, applying generous amounts of hot glue can also effectively raise the mount to a safer height.
