I'm just starting out with quadcopters and thought this might be a bad spot for the battery, but you can use this same mount on top if needed. A lower center of gravity would likely make the quad more stable, don't you think? I'm still waiting for some last-minute parts to arrive for my drone, so I've been brainstorming ideas in the meantime. My Battery kept sliding back and forth, so I came up with this solution to hold it securely in place. I designed this specifically around a Zippy 1.3 mAh Battery, which measures 70mm X 35mm X 20mm. To print, use the base facing down, as no support is needed. The tabs on each side fit snugly into the slots on the ZMR250 frame, and then I wrapped it with a Velcro belt for extra security.
