ZMR250 FPV Camera with integrated OSD and Tilt-Mount

Housing for a 600TVL CCTV/FPV camera from eBay/Banggood is needed. The OSD (MicroMinim-OSD) is integrated directly into this housing. It's designed to be mounted onto the Camera Plate of a ZMR250 with the Tilt-Mount, but you can break off the tabs of the Camera Housing and use it independently. Post-printing involves assembly. Camera Housing requires attention. There are three wires from the camera; cut the audio wire. On the Micro-MinimOSD, there's a row with through-holes. Route the video wire through the DTR hole, 5V through 5V, and GND through GND. Solder the video wire to the Video-IN on the OSD. Cut the power wires close to the OSD-PCB and solder them on. The rest of the connections are clear. Sealing everything requires adding a layer of epoxy resin. Tilt-Mount details include markings every 15°. To secure them to the carbon plate, stick small pins through the holes. Melt them and press them flat like rivets.
