ZMR250 expanded Shield with Iron Man & Gurren Lagann logos

I downloaded images from the web and transformed them into vectors using Illustrator, then exported them as Rhino files. I created 3D models of Kamina and Iron Man by extruding their vector drawings and attaching them to the shield. Here's a rundown of what I modified: Extended the back side by 5mm for VTX clearance. Cut out a VTX antenna clearance area measuring 6mmx9mm. Offset the inner space by 5.5mm using a Rhombus perimeter so my CC3D could fit inside comfortably. Stretched out the rear by 1mm, which also offset the screw holes since they weren't properly aligned in my PCB frame. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .37 Infill: 55 Notes: I preheated the bed to 48C for the first six layers, then lowered it to 45C. I printed at 213C for the first three layers and continued printing at 212C. The print took 6 hours and 27 minutes at a speed of 42 mms. At a speed of 48 mms, it took 5 hours and 12 minutes. Design Process: I cleaned up the model in Rhino by extending the back side by 1mm for clearance. I downloaded images from the web and vectorized them using Illustrator before exporting them as Rhino files.
