A well-crafted ZMR250 mount securely holds a Power Distribution Board (50mm) and CC3D in place, eliminating accidental electrical shorts. To create this solid mounting system, I opted to purchase a comprehensive Zmr250 kit from "coolfix" on eBay. Although double-sided tape was initially considered for securing the boards, I decided to opt for a more efficient method instead. The result was a clean and effective way to mount both bare boards. To add extra security and avoid accidental electrical shorts, I made use of self-tapping screws for mounting. These were chosen based on available screw sizes, with careful consideration given to hole size to prevent damage. In order to securely fasten the bottom base in place, small zip ties proved ideal for the job. Here is a step-by-step guide for assembly: Mounting Steps --------------- 1. Start by firmly attaching the base using four zip ties, just like demonstrated in the final image provided. 2. Secure the Power Distribution Board onto the lower mount with two or four screws for optimal stability. 3. Fixate the top base using a central screw for solid mounting. 4. Finish off the assembly process by securely attaching the CC3D to the top base with either two or four screws. However, to complete the job effectively, further supports will be needed for a seamless printout of the second part.
