Update 10.07.2015: Added ~15° version for extra versatility. Expanded design slightly to accommodate cameras with plugs at the bottom edge. Included STL files, though they may be rough around the edges. Update 08.06.2015: Introduced a sturdy variant. The prior model was more protective by breaking on impact, but it often broke too quickly. This upgraded version is stronger and can handle minor bumps better. I prefer to fly my ZMR 250 without the top deck since it adds almost 20 grams unnecessarily. With my battery situated below the quad, I required a basic, removable camera mount. Upon seeing the original mount, I adapted it to create this version (also adjusted slot width, depth, and added a gap to conceal cable ties at the bottom). Mounts securely onto the two front post/landing gear screws. Features an easy-to-replace cable tie mount with dimensions 2.5x200mm. The camera is secured loosely enough that it will not be damaged in a crash; instead, it will pop out to the back upon impact. Print with low infill and no support, using a 15-20% infill setting. M3 lock nuts can also fit on this mount.
