This is a mount for a camera on a ZMR250 quadcopter frame. I have mine set up to be used with my GoPro Hero 5. Currently it is configured at a 25° tilt. If you want to change that, go into the original designer and adjust all settings as I have, except for the angle option. No additional hardware is required; it uses the standard components. All you need is a battery strap.
