Design Intent 20MM Spacer Designed Specifically for ZMR 250 Quadcopter. The Goal is to Use This Spacer Between Two Bottom Plates, Place Electronics Between Plates, and Eliminate Standard Standoffs and Top Plate to Create a Slimmer and Lighter ZMR 250. This Design Has One Major Drawback: Encasing All Electronic Components Makes Modifying or Replacing Them a Challenge. Please Let Me Know If You'd Like the .IPT File to Edit. Features XT60 Holder in the Back Eliminates Stress on Cables - No Friction Fit for XT60. I Have Been Using Super Glue to Hold the Connector in Place. Hole in Back for SMA Mount. USB Access on the Side Designed for USB Mount in Center of Board Like Naze32. Hole for FPV Camera Up Front - Recommended Camera Not Included, Nor Is a Mount. Designed for Use with 3mm Thick Arms. Mounting Holes Three Mounting Holes for Each Arm to Free Up Space Inside. Pass Through on Arms for ESC Wiring. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: My First Prints Have Been Made with Just PLA and Have Been Extremely Strong. Strongest Results Achieved with Two to Three Outer Shells and Four or More Top and Bottom Layers. Only Supports Used Were for Oval and Circular Shaped Holes for Camera and SMA Hole. All Other Gaps Are Easily Bridged.
