Tweaked the camera angle for printing to 25 degrees, enabling me to print without supports on my printer. The final product weighs in at 20.6 grams at 30% fill and 1.2mm shell thickness (ABS material). For comparison, a standard GoPro double-sided tape mount, clip adapter, frame, and screw combo tipped the scales at 41 grams. To maintain optimal inside dimensions, I left them unchanged, allowing users to insert a PEE sheet around the GoPro for vibration cushioning before securing it with velcro through the frame. I recommend brushing the exterior walls with acetone to secure the layers in place, making it more difficult to break and giving it a shinier finish, haha.
