ZMR 250 Foxeer HS1177 Mount
thingiverse
I'm really disappointed with the factory mounting system of this camera, especially when it comes to lens mounts. After failing to find a suitable solution for attaching the Foxeer HS1177 to my ZMR 250, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design my own mount inspired by the Runcam Swift's clever solution. I'm thrilled with how it turned out! To make this new mount work, I replaced the original back cover of the camera with a custom-printed one that includes a base for adjusting the angle of the cam, just like on the Runcam Swifts. This design feature eliminates the need to overtighten the main screw, which could damage the thread over time. The angle-adjusting base can be tightened firmly with its own dedicated screw, keeping everything securely in place. One of the best features of this new mount is its open design for the front spacers, making it easy to install and remove the whole system even when the spacers are slightly bent. A convenient reference point next to the fixing port indicates a 35° angle. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3
