This foot is not crash-tested yet, but in theory, it should hold up while safeguarding the CF arm and motor. Since it latches onto the arm, spans over the motor-mount screws, and fastens with a single screw, you can swap them out rapidly without interfering with the motor mounting. Completing the component-- This foot attaches via one screw through the arm hole. I accomplished it with the screw head on TOP of the arm. I utilized a 4-40, meaning I had to enlarge the CF slightly, and tap the plastic. If you lack a screw tap, merely drill out the plastic to approximately 0.1" and a 4-40 will self-tap in place.
