ZMR 250 Camera Tilt Mechanism
thingiverse
This is a camera tilt mechanism specifically designed for the ZMR 250 frame. To achieve this design, I had to experiment with various wall settings until reaching this third iteration. My main challenge was that I created this design before Cura introduced the "print walls smaller than [nozzle size]" option, but now that it's available, I've included my earlier designs as alternatives for you. The exact frame used in this design has been discontinued. While it may be outdated, there are superior quad frames on the market today, such as the Transtec Frog Lite, which I highly recommend. For camera requirements, please refer to the following link: https://www.banggood.com/Micro-13-CCD-600TVL-2_8mm-FPV-Mini-Camera-2525mm-For-FPV-Racer-p-1114003.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN As for servos, any 9g servo should suffice. However, you may need to trim the plastic mounting tabs to ensure a proper fit. Please note that I cannot guarantee these designs will work seamlessly with your quad. Nevertheless, they use minimal filament, making them ideal for experimentation. The v3 design worked perfectly for me, but I've included earlier versions as fallback options.
