ZMR-250 Camera Mount for Mini Sony 600TVL

This is a custom camera mount designed for the Mini Sony 600 TVL to be attached to the ZMR 250 drone. The mount positions the camera at an angle of 15 degrees upwards, ideal for high-speed racing scenarios. I've used a Mini Sony 600 TVL camera with a 2.8mm lens, which I obtained from Surveilzone's DC5V plastic case super had CCD 600TVL super camera model. The mount required precise adjustments to fit perfectly around the camera's small dimensions and fragile parts. To create this custom mount, I utilized my Solidoodle 4 3D printer with a layer height of 0.3mm and 100% infill for enhanced strength and stability. Additionally, support structures were employed during printing to ensure proper material deposition. After the print was completed, some light sanding was necessary to prepare the mounting hole for smooth camera attachment. I have since added new designs with varied tilt ranges for increased versatility. Specifically, these versions now include a 0-30 degree range in 5-degree increments. While only my initial 15-degree mount has undergone extensive testing and validation, other models have not been thoroughly inspected or certified.
