Zmorph VX Templates for Simplify3D This remix of Mike Bogutsch's Wanhao Template for S3D and my UM2 Template combines his permission with my own work. Many thanks to fortwienix for allowing me to use his instructions as a starting point. The template I've created is specifically designed for Simplify3D, although it may also work with other slicers. Currently, the template supports Zmorph 3dprinter heads and allows users to quickly determine if they have a Dual (Y) Nozzle Head or a Single Nozzle Head profile. Simplify3D Template Installation: Copy the STL file (e.g., ZmorphBedDual.stl) to the following folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Simplify3D\S3D software Start Simplify3D and export your FFF profile to the desktop by going to File > Export FFF Profile. Open the exported profile with an editor, such as Notepad, and search for the entries around line 145. Look for "overridePrinterModels>0</overridePrinterModels" and "printerModelsOverride></printerModelsOverride". Change the value of "overridePrinterModels" from 0 to 1 and enter the name of your template in the second line, similar to this: "overridePrinterModels>1</overridePrinterModels\n\printerModelsOverride>TEMPLATE NAME.STL</printerModelsOverride\n" If "overridePrinterModels" is already set to 1, you don't need to make any changes. Save the FFF profile and import it back into Simplify3D. Restart Simplify3D. With these steps, users will have two profiles: one for the Single Print head and one for the Dual (Y) Print Head. If you have a different print head, please let me know the details and I'll create another template to suit your needs. Tip: If you find that the template is not centered, import the model into Simplify3D, adjust its position, and then export it as a binary STL file by going to File > Export Models > Export Binary STL.
