Modeled after the actual Zivko Aeronautics aircraft, the Zivko Edge 540 boasts impressive dimensions and detailed texturing. It features an intricately designed cockpit with functional instrumentation and controls, as well as animatable ailerons, elevators, rudder, propeller, and landing gear spring and roll. The model is available in various formats and can be further explored by removing the cowling to reveal the engine, engine mount, exhaust, and other nose details, some of which are visible through air intakes. This acclaimed aerobatic aircraft boasts a 420-degree per second roll rate and a 3,700 feet per minute climb rate, earning numerous victories in international Unlimited aerobatics competitions since the mid-1990s. A tandem-seat version, the Edge 540T, is also available. Notably, the Zivko Edge 540 has been the aircraft of choice for all champions of the Air Race World Series.
