If you're like me and have maxed out the seat height adjustment range on the Zipro One S exercise bicycle but still feel uncomfortable, even at just 170cm tall, consider installing this shim between the seat and base. The 5mm version will extend the distance between the saddle's top and pedal's top in its farthest position from the saddle to about 76.5cm, which is still short for me (needs an extra 3cm). However, it does make a difference. I've also added a 7mm version that I haven't tested yet; the length of the seat bolts limits its potential. Remember to never omit the washers and use 100% infill when printing to avoid crushing the shim during installation or exercise. The seat may become loose, potentially causing injury. A better approach might be purchasing coupling nuts, washers, and extending the seat bolts by at least another 3cm. Be aware that drastically increasing seat height far beyond the designed maximum significantly lengthens the lever arm on the seat, particularly if you're close to the 110kg load limit – don't do this. The actual solution is simply buying a bigger bike.
