This is my creation of a USB-Stick that fits snugly in a standard Zippo case. It's an entertaining little project and pretty cool when you open it, as everyone expects to find a normal lighter inside. Although it took some time, I managed to preserve the iconic clicking sound when opening and closing it. Moreover, its easy to switch back to your regular lighter; just slide it out. I've used it for quite a while now without encountering any issues with plugging it into computers. The printing process is straightforward - simply use your standard print settings. To create this project, you'll need the following: A suitable USB Stick (or you can modify it to fit another one), a 2mm screw or stick as a hinge, and a thin springy material; I used a hand saw blade for this purpose (see below).
