Zippo Belt Buckle

Never be without your lighter again, make it an essential part of your daily wear! You don't have to be a smoker to appreciate the convenience of having a lighter with you at all times. This flip closure buckle is designed to work seamlessly with most fabric belts up to 1.75 inches wide. I'm using a 1.5 inch belt with it right now and it looks great. The Zippo is securely held in place by two powerful 3/4 inch disc magnets. The design is printed in multiple pieces, making it easy for most printers to print without any issues. Simply glue all the parts together and you'll have a brand new belt buckle. I'm currently experimenting with interchangeable tops that can hold various items, so stay tuned for updates! Assembly Tips: Assemble the bottom hinge before gluing it to the buckle, as once attached, it will no longer flex enough to get it together properly. Sand any smooth surfaces before gluing to ensure a better hold. You'll need two 3/4 inch x 1/8 inch disc magnets for this project.
