Zipper Tie Form

My wife had some experience making zipper ties in the past, but with limited success. She was unable to find any templates or patterns anywhere that could help her secure the zipper and build a tie around it. Instead, she made her own forms out of plastic cut from milk jugs. This Christmas, she decided to make more ties for our boys and realized she could print out custom designs. Here is the template I used. Feel free to use it and modify it as you see fit. If you decide to print it out, please post a picture of your finished tie and let me know how it turned out. I'm not very skilled with sewing machines, so I can't provide any guidance on putting these ties together.
