Zipper/zip slider by ambekhit is fantastic - and they absolutely deserve the credit for the original design; nonetheless, when I printed it on my Geeetech i3 pro b, which has been meticulously calibrated in firmware for precise sizing, the zip functioned briefly and then started to malfunction due to the gap between the front and back being excessively large. This resulted in the two sides of the zip slipping out, rather than being snugly pushed together. I successfully resolved this issue by importing into openSCAD, and scaling the front of the model so the edges that surround both parts of the zip are lengthened to be more extensive, thus wrapping around the zip better, with the cavity remaining unchanged in size. Scaling by a factor of 1.2 (or 20% longer) was sufficient to make this work for me. The STL file I utilized is zipper_slider_20pc.stl. If you desire to alter it, you will require all files to be located within the same directory before opening them up in openSCAD.
