Most of zipper pull tabs use paperclip, my main usage would be outdoor so geting rust around zipper on my backpack is not option.Model is created to be printed with TPU or similar flexible material.For assembly you can use glue. Or as i did, melt both ends, strip and notch on tab, with soldering iron and weld them together. Tested with pull strenght greater then it will ever be normaly used, none of the test pieces failed.   Thin part 3x2mm, so check the zipper head opening befor print.
