Zipper Pull Jig (Split in two parts for additional strength)

This is a remix of the excellent Zipper Pull installation holder by Jaydeesea. I chose to split the design into two parts makes the layer lines go in a stronger direction for the thin tabs on the top that hold the zipper, making them stronger and less likely to break off. I used eSun PLA+ and superglued the two halves together. I sanded the mating surfaces flat and applied the glue to the larger piece (superglue has an incredibly strong bond with eSun PLA+ filament. I put a piece of scrap paper on a table and then pressed the two halves together onto it. The parts are bonded permanently together in seconds... maybe in just one second. Be fast when aligning the two pieces as you won't have much time to get it right before the glue sets. Print with support (very minimal under the zipper holder tangs needed). I used 8 top, 8 bottom, and 8 perimeters and 30% infill. It took me about 3 hours to print both parts simultaneously at 80mm/s. Also the zipper holder opening was originally 4mm wide and I narrowed the slot down by 0.2mm on each side to make the slot width 3.6mm to snug up the zipper pull in the slot. I had printed both pieces at 0.28 layer height. I works great but if I print it again, I would print the smaller part at lower layer height so the taper on the back of the zipper pull jig is smoother with more but lower layer transitions. I used a piece of sandpaper on a flat table to smooth the back of the zipper pull (where the support was) and it is not a problem at all. My wife says it works perfect on #3 and #5 zippers. She is happy! I included my Fusion 360 file also. Enjoy!
