The standard zipper foot that comes with the Janome HD1000 sewing machine is right hand only. No problem with that, but zippers have both a left and a right side, so you have to sew one side up and the other down. It is harder to to make the sides match up the same like this. This is a set of right and left handed zipper feet that should work with any quick change or snap-on presser foot adapter. The reinforced variants have extra tabs under the mounting bar in case the basic version breaks.
