I designed this to replace ones jacket zipper pull. My friend had the idea about a year ago and I finally got around to designing and printing it. This is V3. the thickness is ideal and the blade retention is pristine. There is no way you're going to pull the blade out zipping or un-zipping your coat. in order to pull the blade out one has to pull straight out. As for the material... PLA works just as well as PETG, just not as strong. The blade is your standard 11 exacto blade. I found that the blade size varies from one to the other, so you may have to modify the inside of the sheath in order for it to fit correctly.
