Zipper end

Zipper end

I designed this custom zipper end specifically for my wife's purse, and as you can see, it's packed with intricate details that required a high level of precision in printing. To achieve this, I set my printer to the maximum resolution available: 0.08 mm layer height. The teeth are intended to engage with the fabric, but during testing, I found they slipped out too easily, so I ended up applying some glue to secure it in place. The zipper itself measures approximately 3 mm in width, which sets the size of the opening, and the corresponding zipper slide is 8 mm long, allowing for a comfortable fit. The small hole at one end was originally intended to minimize material usage, but ultimately served as a convenient spot to apply additional glue.
