Zippa 250 Quad 10 or 20 Degree Board Camera Mount
thingiverse
Remix of jolars' excellent ZMR250 camera mount, re-spaced and resized for a Buzz Hobbies Zippa 250 that boasts different front standoff spacing compared to its predecessor, the ZMR250. Note: the front aluminum standoffs on a Zippa come stock at 40mm long, whereas this print stands at 37mm tall. The reason behind this adjustment is to gain more grip on the VTX mount plate tabs situated between the top and bottom plates. If you are utilizing 40mm spacers, you can either add some washers or scale your slicer settings up by 3mm to compensate. A 20mm tilt version of this design exists - please be aware that larger board cameras may interfere with the bottom frame at this angle. A possible revision in the works involves elevating the camera mount hole slightly to mitigate this issue. The Design Process Imported the .stl file into Sketchup, where it underwent significant modifications. The resulting .stl file was then exported and repaired using Netfabb's online platform.
