This is still a work in progress, I've only printed a very small prototype to test my changes to the design. My goal is to have it in at least two halves that can be broken down and stack to take up less room in the kitchen. To that end I've split the original in half and added a simple latch. If two are printed they should fit into each other. This worked at 25% scale, still to be tested at full size.

More to follow.

UPDATE: Aplha deleted. I printed it full size and it has some major flaws that need fixing. (see pics)

UPDATE 2: Just uploaded the 'Beta' version, it has tweaked dimensions for the latch system that should make it a better fit. - This is beta inuntested as of yet.

UPDATE 2a: Tested the beta, it's better, but not good enough yet. Moving to Gamma.

UPDATE 3: Untested Gamma version uploaded. More tweaks to connection bits.

UPDATE 4: Gamma tested, a little loose, Delta version added, untested.

Print instructions

Category: Kitchen & Dining Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: Prusa Mk2

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: .35

Infill: 15

Notes:

So far I've just printed it in PLA, at .35 it took just over 8hrs to print one of the halves.
