zipline Logo Gear Bearing

zipline is a cool drone delivery service and I like the logo. This is a remix of 'Yet Another Gear Bearing' by DrTomFlint. I followed his instructions to make a blank one then wrapped the zipline logo onto it with Onshape. Took 14 hours to print on Ender 3 v2, 0.16mm layer height, 5% gyroid infill, supports, Geeetech Silk silver PLA. Prints great at normal PLA settings (200deg, 60deg, speed 50mm/s). To break the gears loose, keep pushing hard on each gear with your thumbs, alternating sides. Eventually you will hear them cracking as they break free. It takes me a few minutes to get them all free. Then work the gears against themselves until they spin freely. If the gears are really stuck, quick dips in near boiling water will help, start with just a few seconds and only dip the gears that are still stuck after pushing. zipline website https://www.flyzipline.com/ zipline Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEbRVNxL44c
